Job Summary
The Network Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of network equipment including Cisco and Juniper devices. As the role progresses, the individual will engage in the design, construction, and automation of network infrastructure using tools like Ansible and Python. Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and monitor network equipment.
- Perform network configuration changes and troubleshooting.
- Design and construct routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement network automation using Ansible and Python.
Required Skills
- Network infrastructure maintenance experience.
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+).
- Familiarity with Cisco/Juniper devices.
- Knowledge of L2/L3 switches and firewalls.

• Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring of Network Equipment (Cisco/Juniper, etc.)
• Configuration Changes to Existing Networks (ACL Addition, VLAN Settings, etc.), Enhancement Support
• Investigation and Isolation of Communication Troubleshooting, Procedure Manual Creation
【Step 2: Construction & Implementation (After Gaining Practical Experience)】
• Detailed Design and Construction of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls (Palo Alto/FortiGate)
• Replacement and Migration of Aging Equipment
• Implementation of Network Configuration Automation and Coding Using Ansible and Python
【Step 3: Design & Requirements Definition (Future Career)】
• Grand Design Formulation and Configuration Consideration for the Company-Wide Network Infrastructure
• Security Policy Formulation for Zero Trust Network (SASE, etc.) Implementation
• Connection Design and Hybrid Configuration Proposal for Connecting On-Premise and Cloud (AWS/Azure)
■Working Hours
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary depending on the client's working hours)
■Job Requirements
• Experience in network infrastructure operation and maintenance or higher
• Minimum years of practical experience are not required
• Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
■Preferred Qualifications
• Vendor certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, or network specialist certifications
• Experience in configuring L2/L3 switches and firewalls
• Interest in cloud networks (AWS VPC/Direct Connect, etc.)
• Interest in infrastructure automation using Ansible, etc.
