The IT Consultant will manage end-to-end consulting projects, ranging from business strategy and IT planning to system implementation and project management. The role involves working with major clients across diverse industries to solve complex problems and drive business reform. ■Job Description
IT strategy planning, IT cost reduction, IT system procurement, PMO and other project management. Process/IT consulting related to business reform, business analysis, business design, etc. Various project management such as large-scale core system renewal, etc. You will be responsible for a wide range of consulting, from business reform to IT strategy planning, IT implementation, and new business planning, mainly for major clients. Our clients include major companies in various industries, both domestic and international, in finance, manufacturing, human resources, telecommunications, etc.

- Data aggregation platform development and DSP operator system connection project for a telecommunications company
- Replacement project of a core database server for a foreign life insurance company
- System integration project for a foreign pharmaceutical company
■Job Requirements
- Required (MUST):
- At least one year of practical experience as an engineer in the IT field
- At least one year of experience in design and development (application/infrastructure is acceptable)
- Preferred (WANT):
- Management experience
- PMO experience
- Experience at a consulting firm
- Business-level English proficiency
- Language Requirements:
- English Level: None
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
