Music Business Manager

[Job Description] No prior experience in the music industry is required. We are looking for someone who can maximize the value of the music produced by our sound team and for Atlus game titles. [Specific Job Duties] ◎ Planning, sales, and distribution of game title soundtracks, and planning and execution of related promotional measures. ◎ Operation and management of ATLUS GAME MUSIC's YouTube channel and social media accounts. ◎ Supervision of events such as music concerts and stage performances. ◎ Contract signing, etc. *This is not a recruitment for a sound creator position involving BGM or sound effect production. [Working Hours] [Core Time] 11:00 - 16:30 [Flexible Time] 8:00 - 11:00, 16:30 - 22:00 [Break Time] 12:30 - 13:30 *Reduced working hours system available for employees with children up to 3rd grade. [Job Requirements] * At least one year of experience in the licensing business (licensing in/licensing out) or a similar field. * Interest in the entertainment business. * Knowledge of copyright and its application to the music business. * Experience in event production or management (any industry, assistant experience is acceptable). * A love for Atlus game titles and their background music. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to create simple visuals (expected software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) * English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) * Japanese Level: Native Level [Salary & Benefits] Fixed Overtime System Monthly Salary: ¥330,000 - ¥613,000 (Includes fixed overtime allowance of ¥47,000 - ¥87,000 for 20 hours). *Expected annual income: ¥5,090,000 - ¥9,400,000 *Performance bonuses may be paid depending on company performance. *Regular bonus twice a year (June and December). *Comprehensive social insurance, health support system, employee cafeteria, access to Sega Sammy Group resorts, employee stock ownership plan, and defined contribution pension plan.
