Junior LLM Engineer

■ Job Overview In the new "Data & AI Solutions Business," you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of ChatGPT for players such as securities companies and asset management companies, and eventually leading development that goes beyond mere technical verification, such as integrating ChatGPT into Nowcast's analysis SaaS using alternative data. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing projects/products using LLM. • Research and study of technological trends and new technologies related to LLM • Collaboration and cooperation with relevant departments and partner companies inside and outside the company • Project progress management, quality control, and schedule management • Planning of solutions and products using LLM • Promotion of LLM-related development ■ Attractiveness of the position • Ability to integrate LLM into our own products • Experience creating LLM implementation case studies with clients such as securities companies and asset management companies • A small, elite organization composed of top-class members from various fields, both domestically and internationally, resulting in fast decision-making and close proximity to management. ■ Working Hours You can choose from three work styles: in-office, hybrid, and remote. ❶ In-office: Generally 4 days or more per week ❷ Hybrid: Generally 2 days or more per week ❸ Remote: For those who come to the office less than 2 days a week ■ Job Requirements • Development experience using Python • Experience utilizing LLM in some form (e.g., prototype creation, information dissemination such as blogs related to LLM, development experience using coding agents) • Interest in LLM engineering • Development experience using large-scale language models, whether in a professional or personal setting • Basic knowledge and practical experience in natural language processing and machine learning • Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS/Google Cloud/Azure • Experience in data engineering and designing/developing ETL processes • Experience in fine-tuning LLMs • Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
