Technical Lead Backend

[Job Description] - In launching new businesses, you will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of the backend, while also flexibly participating in the implementation of the frontend and UI/UX. - Your mission is to lead technology selection and architecture design, and continuously build and improve highly stable and scalable systems. ■ Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive development work for web applications, from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, to operation. - Designing and reviewing domain modeling and data modeling for product extensibility and scalability. - Building a technical foundation to enhance development productivity, such as schema-driven development, library commonization, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) mechanisms. - Implementing flexible and sustainable architecture designs balancing quality and speed. - Contributing to product and team productivity, such as test automation, documentation, and process improvements. [Required Skills] - Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications (5+ years). - Experience in backend development using Go (1+ year). - Experience in consistent implementation including data modeling, API design, and unit testing based on RDBs. - Experience in team development using Git and code review. - Experience in development using container technologies (Docker, Linux). - Experience in agile/Scrum development processes. - Experience leading design reviews and technical decision-making. - Fluent business communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher). [Preferred Skills] - Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular). - Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Expertise in DDD, clean architecture, or layered architecture. - Experience in resolving technical debt and promoting architectural improvements.
