Job Details

Job Description This company will allow you to fully utilize your skills, including interacting with overseas agents in Southeast Asia and other regions, and approaching clients in your home country or other locations where you are proficient in your language and location. We will be focusing particularly on Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines! Working Hours 10:00 - 19:00 Job Requirements - Over 2 years of sales experience - Native-level Tagalog - Business-level Japanese or higher (JLPT Level 2 or N2) Salary Details ¥3,000,000 and up. No bonus. The biggest feature is the generous performance-based compensation (incentive). - ¥500,000 to less than ¥1,000,000: 20% - ¥1,000,000 to less than ¥2,000,000: 30% - ¥2,000,000 to less than ¥3,000,000: 40% - ¥3,000,000 or more: 50% Holidays Weekends are off. Longer vacations, such as for returning to Japan, can be easily taken upon consultation. Job Contract Period Full-time employment (permanent employment)
