Software Development Engineer

Job Description Our company develops software in a wide range of IT-related fields, including embedded systems for next-generation communication network equipment and mobility devices, as well as systems for monitoring and controlling them. In this recruitment, you will be involved as a Systems Engineer (SE) in all aspects of software development, from design to system testing. While waterfall development is the mainstream approach, agile development may be used depending on the project. *Scope of changes in duties: As defined by the company. [Working Hours] 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Scheduled working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes / Break: 60 minutes) *Flexible working hours Overtime: Approximately 35 hours/month (as of the end of September 2025) [Compensation (Salary, etc.)] Monthly salary: ¥274,800 - ¥426,500 Bonus: Twice a year (July summer, December winter) *Depending on company performance, a year-end bonus (once a year, September) may be paid.
