Effy & Co is hiring luxury retail associates, specialists, and managers to work onboard international luxury cruise ships. This role involves managing sales, promotions, and guest experiences across diverse luxury categories like jewelry, beauty, and spirits. Responsibilities

* **Beauty Specialist (Skincare & Fragrance):** Offer expert product knowledge, lead beauty demos, and personalize skincare and fragrance solutions for international guests.
* **Liquor Specialist (Premium Spirits):** Represent top-tier spirits brands, engage guests with tasting experiences, and educate them on craftsmanship and origin.
* **Watch Specialist (Luxury Timepieces):** Showcase and sell high-end watches, lead educational presentations, and support event activations onboard.
* **Retail Assistant Manager (Boutique Leadership):** Oversee daily store operations, mentor your team, and drive exceptional sales results in a dynamic retail setting.
* **Retail Promotional Ambassador (Duty-Free Sales & Events):** Lead engaging promotional activities, boost brand visibility, and connect guests with Effy's luxury product offerings.
### Working Hours
* Average 50 hours per week (Based on cruise itinerary).
* **Port Days:** Shop closes while docked; work finishes in a few hours, leaving the rest of the day free for sightseeing.
* **Sea Days:** The shop is busy while sailing; work a full day with scheduled breaks.
### Job Requirements
* Native in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
* Business English level or higher (TOEIC 735-860).
* A natural public speaker with presence and poise.
* Strategic sales professional who thrives on hitting targets.

* Self-driven with initiative and responsibility.
### Contract and Benefits
* Minimum 6-month contract aboard a luxury cruise ship with approximately 2 months off.
