Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Backend Engineer to build innovative services and products in collaboration with our clients. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from upstream processes like requirement definition and system architecture to implementation and maintenance. - Electronic ticketing/resale platform development: Continuous enhancement development five years post-construction, involving service-perspective proposals.
- AI knowledge management system: Full-phase development including UI/UX, AI, front-end, and back-end integration.
- API system construction: Leading infrastructure and back-end development with active participation in technology stack selection (e.g., Go, Azure).

■ Working Environment
- Full Flex-Time System: Standard 8 hours/day, no core time.
- Remote work available: Typically one day a week in Osaki (project dependent).

■ Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience (any language).
- Experience in requirements definition or design (basic/functional design).
- Experience reviewing designs, source code, and test items.
- Experience developing systems using RDBMS such as MySQL.
- Knowledge and experience of basic Linux commands.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Docker, SQL tuning, or unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
- Experience with cloud services, GitHub/GitLab, or agile development.
- Experience in system operation design or external API integration.
- Knowledge of infrastructure.
- Leadership experience (team leading or mentoring).
