Job Summary
As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) for automotive connectors and electrical components, you will propose technical solutions to automotive Tier 1 customers. This role involves business development and technical support, with the expectation of being stationed in the USA upon visa acquisition. You will work closely with internal departments to launch mass production and expand the company's presence in the US market.

### Job Description
As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) for automotive connectors and electrical components, you will be responsible for the following tasks. The company is expanding its business into ODM design, leveraging over 20 years of experience in automotive parts production and 10 years of experience in automotive connector development and sales. As an FAE, you will propose the company's technology to customers, making this a crucial position in expanding the business in the United States!
### Main Responsibilities
- Technical support to the design and development departments of automotive Tier 1 customers
- Identifying technical challenges at the customer design stage and proposing technical solutions in collaboration with the company's technical department
- Proposing customer projects internally
- New business and customer development
### Sub-Responsibilities
- Supporting mass production launch in collaboration with the technical, quality, and manufacturing departments
### Career Path
- Overseas assignment upon visa acquisition. In some cases, you may receive several months of training in Japan.
- The overseas assignment period is set at 6 years, but it can be extended according to your wishes.
### Requirements
- A background in a science or engineering field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.), or equivalent technical understanding.
- Practical experience with 3D-CAD (Solidworks).
- English communication skills (TOEIC 700 or higher).
- Basic MS-Office skills.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of connectors, resin molded products, metal parts, or electronic components.
- Practical experience in the automotive parts industry.
