Airport Food Court Staff

Job Description We are looking for someone to handle all aspects of store operations at a new food court location within Kansai International Airport, primarily focusing on cooking and customer service. This is a valuable position as an opening staff member, allowing you to be involved from the initial preparation stages. You can aim for career advancement in the food service industry while contributing to the launch of a new brand. ■Main Responsibilities ・Customer service and sales at the food court location ・Hall duties including taking orders, operating the cash register, and serving food ・General kitchen duties including cooking, preparation, and plating ・Ingredient management, hygiene management, ordering, and inventory management ・Sales and cost management, shift management (for store manager candidates) ・Staff training and development, and store operation improvement *Depending on your start date and preferences, training and work experience at existing stores may also be available. *The brand is planned to focus on Japanese cuisine, such as "set meals," "oyakodon," and "tempura." ■Future Career Path ・General Staff → Assistant Store Manager → Store Manager → Area Manager → Brand Manager, etc. A clear career path is available. * Depending on your experience and motivation, you will have the opportunity to be involved in new brand launches and overseas expansion projects.
