Job Summary
We are seeking a Myanmar-speaking Rental Sales Support professional to assist foreign clients with housing needs. You will handle apartment searches, contract explanations, and client inquiries for a major rental company. This role offers comprehensive training and a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist foreign clients with apartment searches and housing contracts
- Prepare rental quotes and explain contract terms
- Manage client inquiries and perform room introductions
Required Skills
- Native proficiency in Myanmar language
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Basic OA/Office software skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Description:
- Supporting foreign clients seeking housing in Japan from apartment search to contract signing
- Room introductions
- Providing quotes
- Explanation of contract details
- Answering other inquiries
Working Hours:
- 9:45 AM - 6:45 PM (8 hours work, 1 hour break)
- Shift system, including weekends
- 2 days off per week
- No overtime, as a general rule (Except during peak season in February and March)
Required Qualifications:
- Basic OA skills
- Myanmar language: Native level
- Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2)
- Ability to work at least 5 days a month, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain the "Fire Insurance Agent Qualification" within 4 weeks of joining (exam fees covered by the company)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or communication with customers
- No prior experience in real estate or contract work is required
- On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: 1500-1650 yen
- Monthly income example: 240,000-264,000 yen (Based on 8 hours/day, 20 working days/month)
