■Manufacturing Engineer Job You will be involved in the design, development, and testing processes for automotive (passenger cars and commercial vehicles), aerospace, industrial equipment, home appliances, medical equipment, and residential equipment. ① Mechanical Design and Development Development work using CAD, including concept design, basic design, detailed design, product design, analysis, and evaluation for automotive (passenger cars and commercial vehicles), aerospace, industrial machinery, home appliances, etc. *Mechanical engineering majors are welcome ② Electrical and Electronic Design and Development Development work, including concept design, basic design, detailed design, product design, implementation evaluation, and reliability evaluation for electronic hardware for automotive (passenger cars and commercial vehicles), robots, industrial machinery, home appliances, etc. *Electrical and Electronic Engineering majors are welcome ③ Control Software Development Requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, implementation, debugging, and embedded software development for automotive (passenger cars and commercial vehicles), robots, home appliances, etc. *Information engineering majors are welcome ④ Experimentation and Certification Data collection, evaluation, analysis, and countermeasure testing for vehicles, engines, drivetrains, and unit units for automotive (passenger cars and commercial vehicles), ships, agricultural/construction/industrial machinery, drones, etc., as well as electrification development *Mechanical, electrical and electronic, or information engineering majors are welcome Working Hours: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours of actual work). May vary slightly depending on location. Flexible working hours are available depending on location. Overtime pay is 100%. [Requirements] - Graduates of a graduate school, university, technical college, junior college, or vocational school expected to graduate in March 2027. - Conversational and reading comprehension skills at or above beginner business level (assuming JLPT N3). - English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860). - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2).
