**[Recruitment Background]**
Our company has launched a new core business: a comprehensive 2D anime/manga e-commerce site. We are rapidly expanding our product lineup and accelerating global expansion. As our operations grow, we are seeking core members who can manage existing flows and update them into efficient, error-free systems.
**[Job Description]**
- Product registration and update work and progress management on the e-commerce site.
- Inbound and outbound management, shipping instructions, inventory management and stocktaking in coordination with the warehouse.
- Updating and managing site information such as product pages, landing pages, and terms of service.
- Scheduling and coordination with internal and external parties (warehouse, strategy team, etc.) for the implementation of sales strategies.
- Identifying issues in daily operational workflows, planning and implementing improvement measures.
- Providing guidance on response policies and sharing information with the customer support team.
**[Working Hours]**
Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Standard daily working hours: 7 hours), 1-hour break.
**[Job Requirements]**
- 2+ years of practical experience in e-commerce site operation.
- Experience identifying problems and proactively improving workflows.
- Experience coordinating with warehouse staff and other departments, and managing schedules.
- Strong interest in domestic and international anime/manga, entertainment goods, and hobby products.
- Near-native proficiency in Japanese.

- Experience operating cross-border e-commerce sites.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as venture companies.
- Experience using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF to improve work efficiency.
- Experience handling a wide range of e-commerce tasks, from procurement to delivery.
**[Salary & Benefits]**
- Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,000,000 (includes 20 hours/month overtime and two bonuses equivalent to one month's salary each).
- Allowances: Overtime allowance (paid in 1-minute increments), late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance, business trip allowance.
- Bonus: Twice a year (June and December).
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April).
- Probationary Period: 3 months (no change in salary or benefits).
- Welfare: Social Insurance (Health, Pension, Employment, Workers' Compensation).
