Job Description: This position will be in the Information Systems department of this global prime listed company, which is accelerating its overseas expansion. As a potential leader, you will be responsible for the implementation and promotion of new ERP and production management systems.
■ Responsibilities:
- Implement, operate, maintain, and improve internal core systems and business systems.
- Build, operate, and maintain internal infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments, etc.).
- Strengthen information security management systems, risk assessment, and countermeasures.
■ Department Details:
- Information Systems Department (12 people).
- Information Systems Section (10 people), DX Promotion (2 people).
- Gender ratio is approximately 7:3; new graduates to mid-career ratio is approximately 6:4.
■ Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
■ Requirements:

- Experience in core system design as an in-house system engineer or information systems department at a manufacturer or system integrator.
- Knowledge or practical experience in servers, networks, or cloud computing.
[Preferred]
- Work experience in English (interest in overseas system development and operations is welcome).
- Experience operating and managing business systems.
- Future candidates for overseas assignments are welcome.
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese Level: Native Level.

- Salary increases: Generally once per year (April).
