Corporate Engineer Middle Management

▎Major Job Duties You will be responsible for planning and building internal systems and transforming business processes using automation technology. This position goes beyond simple "internal IT" duties; you will utilize engineering (iPaaS and scripting) to design and implement an environment where employees at all global locations can achieve results in the shortest possible time. 1. Business Automation and Efficiency Through Engineering Automate operations in each department (HR, Accounting, Sales, etc.) using iPaaS (e.g., Workato) and scripting (e.g., GAS/Python). Design and implement system integration to eliminate manual, individualized work and accommodate a scalable organization. 2. Advanced Operation and Optimization of SaaS and Identity Infrastructure Integrate and operate identity management (IAM) centered on Okta. Select and implement SaaS in line with business changes, and design permissions that balance security and convenience. 3. Security Governance Implementation Systemize device management and authentication/authorization based on a zero-trust model. Design operations in line with global-standard policies, and conduct education and awareness activities aimed at improving employee literacy. 4. Systematization of IT Assets and Support Automate and self-service the kitting and account issuance procedures associated with employee joining and leaving the company. Create an IT asset management system that also utilizes device management. Design and improve support processes (help desk) for employee convenience. ▎Qualifications *Required - System operation experience (1+ years) at a business or system integrator - Experience building IT solutions or improving business processes (Examples: automation using GAS or Python, system integration using iPaaS, migrating existing processes to SaaS, etc.) - Comfortable with English (Comfortable with reading documents and communicating via chat tools) ▎Qualifications *Preferred - Experience from IT solution implementation to construction and operation - Experience building and operating internal infrastructure (network, TEL) - Experience leading the construction and operation of a service desk based on ITIL - Development experience using SaaS APIs ◆◇Work Structure◇◆ - Remote work: Allowed (three days in the office per week) - Side jobs: Allowed (prior approval required) - Dress code: Casual Job Contract Period Full-time employment *Trial period: 3 months (same conditions as full-time employment)
