Salesforce Engineer (Experienced)
Job Summary
This role involves consulting and end-to-end system development for Salesforce implementation projects. The successful candidate will handle requirements definition, design, development, and system integration. You will also provide technical proposals and support for Salesforce upgrades and Einstein features.

- Consulting and system development for Salesforce projects
- End-to-end development (Requirements to Testing)
- API integration and system customization
- Technical proposals and troubleshooting for Einstein features
Required Skills
- N1 level Japanese proficiency
- 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
- Experience in requirements definition and design
- API integration (REST, SOAP) knowledge
Job Details
Job Description:
- Consulting and system development services related to Salesforce implementation
- Salesforce implementation, design, development, and customization
- Development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- All processes from requirements definition, detailed design, development, testing, data migration, and acceptance testing
- Integration with existing systems (API development, data migration)
- User requirements assessment and technical proposals
- Salesforce upgrade support and troubleshooting
- Standard configurations for Account Engagement, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, etc.
- Prompt creation for Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Service, etc.
Working Hours:
- 9:30-18:30 (8 hours of work)
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
- N1 level Japanese language proficiency
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, etc.)
- Project Manager candidates should have 3+ years of PM or product owner experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer, Administrator, etc.)
- Salesforce AppExchange app development experience
- API integration with other systems (REST, SOAP)
- Salesforce DX experience
- Agile/Scrum development experience
