Digital Marketing Sales Professional

Job Description: • Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call. • Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs. • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures. • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’). • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer. • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required. • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. • Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts. Compensation & Benefits: ■ Basic Salary: RM9,500 ■ Housing allowance: RM200 ■ Sale commission: 15% - 20% ■ Medical Insurance: Cover by AIA, Dental (RM200 per year) ~Cover by Company~ ・One-way flight cost from Japan to Malaysia ・Hotel stay for 2 weeks ・Expenses related to obtaining a work visa Working Hours: 9:00 ~ 18:00 (1-hour lunch break), Monday ~ Friday Job Requirements: • High school diploma with 8-10 years of working experience or bachelor's degree within 1 of sales experience preferred. • Experienced in outbound calls for sales, digital marketing, etc. • Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred. • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge. • English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860). • Japanese Level: Native Level.
