The role involves handling customer inquiries, payments, and logistics for a global client base across 125 countries. You will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in this specialized automotive export environment.

Job Details
Job Description:
- Sales operations and sales management for customers using our cross-border EC site.
- Manage product inquiries, payments, handovers, and complaints primarily via email and telephone.
- Support customers across more than 125 countries.
- Engage in specialized training, including classroom sessions and OJT, covering system usage, automotive knowledge, and industry customs.
Working Hours:
- 9:15-18:15 (8 hours actual work).
- Flexible working hours available (no core time).
Job Requirements:
- Age 35 or younger.
- Regular driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable).
- Basic PC operation skills.
- Sales experience (customer negotiation experience).
- English proficiency: Business level or above (TOEIC 735-860).
- Russian proficiency: Business level or above.
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 275,000-320,000 yen (Overtime pay provided separately).
- Bonus: Opportunity for year-end bonuses twice a year (Average 2 months' salary).
- Annual Leave: 129 days.
- 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday).
- Additional leave types: Holiday, Anniversary, New Year (9 days), Summer (5 days), Paid, Maternity, Childcare, Nursing, and Refresh leave.
Contract Details:
- Employment type: No fixed period (Permanent).
- Trial period: 3 months (no salary change).
