- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
- Track requirements throughout the full project lifecycle including testing and deployment.
Job Requirements:
- Business Analyst or Data Analyst with technical exposure.
- Experience in the financial services or investment banking industry.
- Strong documentation skills including BRDs and functional specifications.
- Technical understanding of Java, Object-Oriented Programming, PLSQL, or MSSQL is a plus.
Languages:
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2).
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Working Hours: 9:00-18:00.
- Contract Type: Long-term.
