Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to establish and manage a new IT operations team for a manufacturing shop floor in Kobe. The role involves supporting 24/7 system stability for a major client, starting with training in late 2026 and transitioning to team management in 2027. This position requires strong leadership, MES system expertise, and proficient communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a 24/7 IT operations support team
  • Oversee MES IT system support for manufacturing facilities
  • Coordinate shift scheduling for team members
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and system stability

Required Skills

  • Experience with MES systems in manufacturing

■Project Name: Manufacturing Shop Floor IT System Operation Support Team (L1/L2) ■Personnel: 1 Team Leader ■Period: June 2026 - Long-term ■Work Location: On-site at customer's factory (Kobe City) ■Project Summary: We will establish a new IT operations team to support 24/7 system stable operation at the factory of a major manufacturing company (Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture).
