Job Description: In our company, which develops online games and related services, you will be responsible for legal affairs that support business development, primarily focusing on contract law, but also including information security compliance, game service-related legal affairs, and terms of service development. [Main Responsibilities] *Depending on your experience, you will be assigned from the following tasks: 1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts 2. Drafting and revising terms of service and guidelines related to game services 3. Supporting the operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System) 4. Compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act 5. Legal review of new businesses and new game projects 6. Collaboration with external law firms 7. Legal support to various departments within the company 8. Compliance training and internal awareness activities 9. Legal support in the event of incidents or user troubles [Job Requirements] [Required] - 3+ years of corporate legal experience - Experience reviewing contracts - Experience in the IT, gaming, or web services industry - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - TOEIC score of 700 or higher [Good to have] - Legal experience in the gaming industry - Experience with ISMS and ISO27001 related work - Experience in drafting terms of service and privacy policies - Experience in complying with the Personal Information Protection Act - Experience reviewing English contracts - Lawyer qualification or experience taking the bar exam - Interest in online games and entertainment [Working Conditions] - Working Hours: 10:00-19:00 (1 hour break) *Flexible working hours available after trial period - Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; Paid holidays; Refreshment holidays (5 days/year); Golden Week, New Year's holidays, special leave for celebrations, condolences, childbirth, childcare, etc. - Contract Period: Full-time employee
