Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Build robust, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces for real-time financial and trading systems.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and intuitive user experiences.
• Lead front-end design decisions, application architecture, and implementation best practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs, real-time data flows, and web application services.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using sound engineering principles and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability across complex web interfaces.
• Contribute to technical planning, code reviews, design reviews, and team mentoring.
• Support and improve automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in front-end standards, tooling, and development practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on web application development.
• Strong expertise in modern web development, including front-end frameworks and API integration.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals (OOP, Design patterns, Data structures, Unit testing).
• Proven experience building scalable, maintainable, and performance-conscious web applications.
• Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2 or higher).
Preferred Technical Experience:
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end application architecture.
• Experience with frameworks such as Next.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI, component design, state management, and API integration.
• Familiarity with front-end tooling (npm/yarn/pnpm, Vite/Webpack, ESLint) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience building real-time, data-driven web applications and integrating RESTful APIs/WebSockets.
• Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or market data applications.
• Exposure to Docker, AWS, or .NET systems is a plus.
