Your Role at EFFY: - Jewelry Specialist * Engage directly with guests to deliver personalized, high-value shopping experiences * Educate customers about EFFYs fine jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and stories * Drive individual sales through expert product knowledge and polished communication - Brand Ambassador / Public Speaker * Represent EFFY through dynamic public speaking and onboard marketing presentations * Host events, seminars, and interactive sessions to showcase our signature collections * Build excitement and awareness for the brand across diverse onboard audiences - Jewelry Manager (Assistant Manager) * Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, inventory control, and team scheduling * Lead and develop a high-performance sales team, coaching to maximize results * Ensure an elevated luxury experience aligned with EFFYs brand standards What You Should Know * Contract Commitment: A minimum 6-month contract aboard a luxury cruise ship is required. * Included Support: We cover a wide range of expenses, including flights, onboard meals, training, and more. Working Hours Average 50 hours per week (Based on cruise itinerary). - Port Days: Shop closes while docked; work finishes in a few hours. - Sea Days: The shop is busy while sailing; work a full day with scheduled breaks.
