Job Summary
As the Business Team Leader, you will oversee contract logistics (CL) and warehousing operations in Japan while driving sales growth. This role involves managing the domestic business, cultivating customer relationships, and acting as a bridge between the Japanese operations and the global headquarters. You will lead a team and leverage your management experience to expand market presence in a global logistics environment.

Job Details
### Job Responsibilities
- Operate and lead the entire CL (Contract Logistics and Warehousing) business in Japan.
- Develop and expand new business opportunities in the domestic market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers (Japanese and Korean companies) and manage high-quality customer service.
- Facilitate communication and serve as a bridge between domestic operations and global entities (Korea headquarters, Asia regional headquarters, and other overseas subsidiaries).
### Working Hours
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Scheduled working hours: 8 hours)
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Average overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month
### Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL (third-party logistics) sales or operations management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven work experience at a Japanese or global 3PL logistics company.
- Business-level English (used for communication with headquarters and overseas offices).
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
- Japanese Language: Native Level.
### Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY (determined based on experience and ability).
- Bonuses provided.
