The Service and Fabrication Manager will lead end-to-end service case management and serve as the primary technical contact for semiconductor fab automation equipment. Job Details

Job Description: - Lead end-to-end service case management, including tracking progress, resolving issues, and coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders. - Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, handling inquiries, support calls, and escalations. - Drive resolution of complex or escalated service issues through cross-functional collaboration. - Provide technical leadership and pre-sales support for semiconductor fab automation equipment (Fab Solutions). - Gather and consolidate customer requirements and technical specifications, and align technical direction with HQ.
