You will work within an expert department focused on R&D and disruptive innovation.

■Job Description
You will be involved in project management for business improvement projects using technologies such as data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI for existing and new businesses, as well as new technology verification projects. You will be responsible for project planning and management, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward.
■Project Example
As a PM, you will drive projects such as planning/developing new features using data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI, as well as improving existing features.
・Work with middle-level departments (business planning, etc.) to provide consultation and promote system implementation.
・Development team management (adjusting schedule, cost, assignments, issues, etc., checking progress, providing technical support, etc.)
・Internal generative AI system (project related to an internal chat GPT)

Required qualifications:
Experience with the following:
- Project management experience for 5 or more people (approximately 3 years or more)
- Experience as a project manager, project leader, or development team leader (approximately 3 years or more)
- Some system development experience (any language)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and operating systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure
