You will be responsible for supervising and supporting Filipino technical interns and specified skilled workers in Tokyo. Key duties involve life counseling, career transition support, and exam preparation assistance. The role also includes general administrative duties and the training of foreign staff.

Job Details
Job Description:
- Providing life counseling and guidance to technical interns and specified skilled workers
- Supporting the transition from technical intern to specified skilled worker
- Handling various procedures and follow-up related to accepting technical interns
- Exam preparation for building cleaning skills tests (basic level, etc.)
- Expected to obtain a Building Cleaning Technician Level 3 certification after joining the company
- Training and supervision of Filipino staff
- General administrative duties within the business unit (ordering supplies, etc.)
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work, 60-minute break)
Job Requirements:
- Native Tagalog speaker
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 (business level)
- Eligible to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program
- Experience in providing life counseling and support to Specified Skilled Workers or Technical Intern Trainees
- Business level English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in educating and guiding foreign personnel
- Experience in supporting residence status
- Valid driver's license preferred
Contract Terms:
- Full-time employment (正社員採用)
- Bonus paid twice a year
- Expected annual salary including overtime: approximately 3.5 million to 4.3 million yen
- Full payment of overtime allowance
