Job Details
### Position Overview
Lead the growth of global media brands Forbes JAPAN and OCEANS from a digital perspective. You will design and implement new revenue streams, including subscriptions and membership businesses, while utilizing AI agents and LLM tools such as Dify, Claude Code, and Cursor.
### Specific Job Responsibilities
- Planning new features and improvements for site growth.
- Prioritizing development items, defining requirements, and managing progress.
- Formulating optimal architecture and specifications with engineers.
- Discussing and coordinating with engineers and other departments.
- Verifying the effectiveness of releases and implementing improvements through data analysis.
### Technology Stack
- Backend: PHP 7.4/8.3, Python 3.1, CakePHP 3.1/4.5.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, webpack, jQuery, Nuxt.js.
- Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Aurora, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, CloudFront, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Bedrock, Lambda), Google Cloud.
- Tools & Others: CodeCommit, GitLab, GitHub, Slack, Backlog, Notion, Shopify, Figma, GAS, AI tools (Codex CLI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, Cursor, Dify).
### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in direction for web media or web services.
- Experience in product development and improvement in collaboration with a development team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills involving stakeholders.
- Technical documentation skills (e.g., specifications).
- Proficiency in access/data analysis (Google Analytics, BI tools).
- Business level English (TOEIC 735-860) and Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1).
### Conditions
- Working Hours: 10:00-19:00.
- Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Sat/Sun/Public Holidays), 120+ annual leave days.
- Salary: Monthly salary ¥416,666 - ¥666,666 (includes fixed overtime of 45 hours).
- Bonus & Review: Once a year (September).
