AI Project Manager
Job Summary
You will be responsible for the appropriate handling of AI products and demonstrating leadership in guiding projects to success. The role involves formulating product strategies, driving development in collaboration with engineering teams, and analyzing data to improve product performance. You will also manage cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer success, and development teams to ensure market fit and innovation.

- Understand customer needs and improve products through collaboration with sales and customer success teams.

- Coordinate product strategies through collaboration with management and other departments.
[Working Conditions]
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Hybrid work: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

[Job Requirements]
- 2+ years of experience in corporate sales (IT intangible products, SaaS).
- 4+ years of product management experience in software/system development.
- Proven experience leading product strategy from planning to execution.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and requirements definition.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Japanese (Fluent): Capable of product development discussions and customer negotiations.
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in the 0→1 phase or leading new product launches.
- Software/system development experience (3+ years).
- Experience with SaaS product development or large-scale systems.
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Transformer models, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- English (Business level) for global team communication.
