Network Engineer

Job Description Recruitment Background This is a recruitment drive to strengthen our IT infrastructure system in response to business expansion. You will be responsible for the stable operation and optimization of the IT network and infrastructure environment at our domestic locations. Network design, construction, and operation management at domestic factories, warehouses, offices, etc. Introduction and improvement of network infrastructure based on global standards Management of IT rooms and support for all domestic IT infrastructure Troubleshooting related to networks and IT infrastructure Responding to inquiries and consultations from various departments regarding IT infrastructure Asset planning, procurement, and management of IT infrastructure equipment Participation in global/regional IT projects Responding to internal and external audits Continuous improvement of the network and IT infrastructure environment Attractiveness of this position Gain experience in a global IT environment You will be involved in the construction and operation of network infrastructure in accordance with global standards, working in collaboration with overseas IT teams. Gain broad experience in the network domain You will gain broad experience in the infrastructure domain, including not only network design and construction, but also operation, incident response, IT asset management, projects, and audit support. Daily use of English You will have frequent communication with overseas teams, and opportunities to use English almost daily through emails and online meetings. You will have autonomy in your work. As a core member supporting the network infrastructure of our domestic bases, you will be involved not only in ensuring stable operation but also in improving and optimizing the IT environment with a view to the future. Organizational Structure We are a team of approximately 10 people. The team consists of members with diverse backgrounds, and we work in an open and collaborative atmosphere. Remote Work Approximately two days of remote work per week is possible. Business Trips Domestic and international business trips are required. The frequency is expected to be no more than about once a month.
