Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Infrastructure Engineer to support a large-scale infrastructure modernization project for a global manufacturing company. This role involves supporting and improving enterprise infrastructure environments, including virtual platforms, Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup systems, and cloud environments. You will work closely with both local and global teams while contributing to ongoing infrastructure transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Support virtual infrastructure environments (VMware, Nutanix) - Support Windows and Linux server operations - Assist with infrastructure migration and modernization projects - Support backup environments utilizing Veeam - Work with storage platforms and data center infrastructure - Support cloud operations across AWS and Azure environments - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders - Participate in troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization activities Job Requirements Required Skills - 5+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience - Experience with VMware environments - Experience supporting Windows and Linux servers - General knowledge of Storage and Backup solutions - Business-level English - Japanese communication skills (N3 level or above) Preferred Skills - Nutanix experience - Veeam experience - Storage administration experience (NetApp, Dell, etc.) - AWS or Azure experience - Data Center infrastructure experience - Cisco UCS experience English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) Japanese Level Daily Conversation Level Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 7000K - JPY 11000K Other Salary Description Comprehensive social insurance coverage Education and training Job Contract Period Full-time employment Nearest Station 15 min by free shuttle bus from Kawamata station (TOBU-ISEZAKI line)
