As an overseas sales representative, you will be responsible for proposing and disseminating our own brand and high-quality eyeglass lenses to overseas markets in over 50 countries worldwide. You will handle trade operations, customer management, and participate in overseas business trips and exhibitions. We are looking for candidates with fluent English communication skills and practical experience in corporate sales overseas.

Job Description As an overseas sales representative, you will be responsible for proposing and disseminating our own brand and high-quality eyeglass lenses from our parent company (Conant Co., Ltd., China) to overseas markets in over 50 countries worldwide. Leveraging our superior product capabilities, including world-first and Japan-first ultra-thin lens technology and biomass lenses, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the global market. [Job Responsibilities] ■ Overseas Proposal Sales: Deepening relationships with overseas local distributors and lens manufacturers, developing new business, and proposing customized solutions tailored to customer needs. ■ Trade Operations and Customer Management: Acting as a bridge between overseas customers and domestic factories (custom RX lens production bases), handling everything from order placement to shipment and after-sales support. ■ Overseas Business Trips and Exhibition Participation: Overseas business trips to Asia, Europe, and the Americas (several times a year, for exhibition participation, etc.) *Scope of changes to job responsibilities: As specified by the company [Department] ■ Team Structure: The team consists of a manager (late 40s) and two members (early 40s and early 30s). ■Work Style: Due to meetings with overseas clients and time differences, online communication may be required outside of regular working hours in Japan time, or on weekends. Working Hours 08:30 - 17:30 (Standard working hours: 8 hours per day) Break: 60 minutes Overtime: Yes (During busy periods, holiday work and overtime may be required within the scope of special provisions.)
