Job Description We are looking for a DMC Travel Operations Specialist to help deliver unforgettable experiences (food tours, cultural workshops, sumo entertainment, traditional crafts, and more) for inbound travelers to Japan. Key Responsibilities： - Tour & Operations Management: Oversee bookings, logistics, on-the-day issue resolution, and service quality control. - Stakeholder Communication: Manage guest communications (pre-trip and on-site) and coordinate with guides, field staff, and local vendors. - Partner Relations: Liaise with hotel partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients. - Service Development & Process Improvement: Support new product launches and streamline operational workflows. Entry-Level & Early Career - Target: Recent graduates, early-career professionals, individuals with experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or events, and anyone passionate about tourism or international business. - Key Qualities: Potential, character, communication skills, and eagerness to learn are prioritized (industry knowledge can be acquired after joining). 2. Mid-Career (Experienced Candidates) - Target: Professionals with experience in travel, tourism, DMC operations, hospitality, hotels, customer success, events, or logistics. - Expected Role: Lead large-scale projects, process improvements, partner negotiations, and new service launches. 3.
