### Job Description
Inside sales plays a crucial role in understanding the challenges of potential customers and leads (prospective customers) and creating opportunities for business negotiations for "AsEne" (a cloud service for visualizing and reducing CO2 emissions).
### Job Responsibilities
* Initial interviews with inbound/outbound leads (prospective customers), generating interest in the product, and proposing business opportunities.
* Nurturing activities for inbound/outbound leads (prospective customers).
* Collection and storage of customer information from phone contacts and feedback to the entire organization.
* Collaboration with the marketing team to select targets and plan/execute customer approach strategies.
* After gaining experience, transition into field sales representative roles, handling negotiations to closing deals.
### Job Requirements
* At least one year of experience working as a full-time employee.
* Ability to understand and utilize basic business etiquette.
* Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
### Working Hours
09:00 - 18:00
### Salary & Benefits
* Expected Annual Income: ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,000,000
* Monthly Salary: ¥308,300 - ¥566,700
* Bonus Frequency: Twice a year
* Salary revisions: Generally twice a year
* Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off)
* Annual leave: Paid leave, New Year's holidays, bereavement leave, maternity/childcare leave, caregiver leave
