Robotaxi Operation Staff

[Job Description] As an opening staff member, you will be responsible for handling troubleshooting and supporting team members at the robotaxi (autonomous vehicle) contact center. You will assess the situation on-site using multiple applications and handle phone calls as needed. You will work alongside colleagues, so management skills can be learned later! [Training System] After joining the company, you will receive 12 weeks of training and 4-8 weeks of on-the-job training (OJT), so you can start with confidence. [Training Period] 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (60-minute break), Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 12 weeks of comprehensive training and 4-8 weeks of OJT.
