Job Description At our company, which focuses on "extending healthy life expectancy," we are seeking a replacement to strengthen our overseas division, currently handled by one dedicated individual. This replacement will be responsible for handling overseas customer inquiries regarding our hydrogen generation device "KENCOS" and other products, which are experiencing rapidly expanding overseas demand, and for promoting global business utilizing English language skills. ■ Job Description As a sales representative for overseas customers, you will be responsible for the entire process from proposing our healthcare products to receiving orders and delivering them. ・Responding to inquiries from overseas customers (email, phone, web conference) ・Creating quotations ・Order management ・Export-related and trade administration ・Sales activities to expand overseas sales channels ・Following up with existing customers ・Handling some domestic customers *The products you will be responsible for are primarily hydrogen-related products, mainly "KENCOS." *Currently, online meetings are the norm, but opportunities for overseas business trips will be available depending on performance and your preferences. ■ Onboarding Process Upon joining the company, you will first learn about product knowledge, order processing, and ongoing overseas projects. Afterward, you will take over customer support from existing staff and participate in practical work, primarily focusing on email correspondence and sales meetings. Since business opportunities arise based on inquiries, you can gradually expand your area of responsibility while utilizing your English skills.
