Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description This position involves collaborating with the service desk to provide support for internal infrastructure and desktop technology. It includes hardware asset management and inventory management, requiring strong on-site technical skills and communication abilities. The project client is a foreign-owned global luxury fashion brand. Main duties: * Support for Windows OS, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems * Technical troubleshooting and data analysis * Recording support history for the ITSM system * Inventory management tasks such as receiving, recording, tagging, and repacking IT equipment * Preparing and organizing ordered items and assigning appropriate equipment * Creating asset reports using Excel, etc. * Data collection and analysis regarding the asset lifecycle Working Hours 9:00-18:00 Job Requirements Windows Operating System advanced troubleshooting; proficient using Windows registry Microsoft Office advanced troubleshooting. Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue General knowledge/troubleshooting for Networking, Microsoft Intune, MFDs, Mobile Device Management and Mobile Web Apps, iOS, etc. Active Directory Administration and Infrastructure Design Understand and troubleshoot Azure MFA and Desktop imaging.
