Required Skills
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, or equivalent guidance/training experience
- Business-level or higher proficiency in polite Japanese and ability to use appropriate honorifics
- Ability to understand products and support processes deeply and communicate them clearly
- Business Conversation Level English (TOEIC 735-860)

Job Description Our client is a foreign-owned smartphone manufacturer, and this recruitment is for support staff for their new pre-purchase customer support department. You will be responsible for planning and implementing training for teleperformance employees (new and existing operators) within the client project. *Work Location: Roppongi Head Office, Tokyo; Remote Work • Training Implementation: Conducting basic training for new hires and skill-up/follow-up training for existing operators. • Growth Curve Management: Developing a 90-day growth curve from training and providing support to achieve it. • Information Sharing: Catching up on the latest information shared and updated by clients and communicating it accurately and clearly. • Document/Curriculum Creation: Creating training materials and refining curricula to effectively achieve learning objectives. • Coaching/Support: Providing individual coaching and constructive feedback to improve operators' skills and performance. • Meeting Attendance: Attending relevant internal and external meetings. • Other related tasks as instructed by supervisors. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8 hours of work between 9:00 and 21:00; Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 to 18:00. *Five days a week, including weekends and holidays.
