Responsibilities:
* Coordinate new project development and industrialization through start of production
* Manage cross-functional project deliverables, timelines, quality, cost, and production targets
* Support industrial process implementation, equipment planning, and production layout optimisation
* Lead product design changes while managing operational risks and related process or supply chain adjustments
* Coordinate digital manufacturing and automation initiatives, including stakeholder training and handover
* Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, ergonomics, savings, and ROI
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Technical or Business
* 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
* Fluent level English (Japanese is a plus)
