Job Description The company operates its own proprietary core brokerage system, establishing an end-to-end infrastructure from development to operations—a rare model in the online brokerage industry. Through capital alliances with major telecommunications companies and megabanks, the company is also driving the creation of next-generation asset-building services, leveraging high technical capabilities and a flexible development structure across both IT and finance. As business expansion accelerates, strengthening the infrastructure team that supports the system foundations has become an urgent priority. The team is tasked with evolving the infrastructure into a next-generation environment that balances reliability, scalability, and efficiency while managing a wide range of setups spanning from on-premises to the cloud. To achieve this, the company is seeking a new Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will not only support the stable operation of existing systems but also take an active role in modernization, modernization, and security enhancement initiatives to co-create the brokerage systems of the next era. ■Responsibilities You will be responsible for the infrastructure design, construction, and operation of various systems, including the company's internally developed and operated core brokerage system. Operating within a hybrid environment where on-premises and cloud systems coexist, this role offers broad, cross-functional experience across multiple domains. Note: The Infrastructure Group is divided into the Network, Middleware, and Database teams. This specific opening is for a position within the Database Team. Specifically: Database Design, Operation & Management ・Take end-to-end responsibility from upstream processes—including requirement definition, product selection, and functional verification—through to construction and operations. ・Perform swift and precise incident response during failures to ensure the stable operation of the systems. ・Design, operate, and optimize databases, primarily focusing on Oracle Database solutions. ・Drive operational improvements using advanced technical knowledge, such as performance tuning and high-availability optimization. Cloud Environment Design & Construction ・Design and build database environments and connectivity for hybrid setups pairing on-premises infrastructure with the cloud, aligned with the ongoing expansion of cloud adoption (primarily AWS). Cross-Functional Collaboration ・Collaborate closely with business units and development teams to drive projects forward and provide technical support. ・Contribute to strengthening the company-wide system infrastructure through cross-departmental coordination.
