Job Description 1. Model-Based Development (MBD) and Development Support via In-house Solutions Performance design and feasibility simulation development starting from abstract or fluid requirements. Construction of plant and control models for performance evaluation simulations. Analysis of functional requirements and control structures. Architectural/structural design, specification design, redundancy design, and through to implementation. 2. Supporting System Implementation into Client Environments and Business Process Consultation Providing support for the initial implementation consulting of Model-Based Development (MBD). Providing support for business process improvement (BPI) consulting for companies that have already implemented MBD. Working Hours Flextime System Job Requirements Required Qualifications (Candidates must meet all of the following criteria): - Bachelor's degree or higher (open to both Arts and Sciences) *However, strong proficiency in physics and mathematics is required. - Native Japanese level or Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1. - Individuals who find it exciting to unravel causal relationships using mathematical and physical formulas. - Individuals who possess a high ability to understand things essentially and have a strong interest in logical problem-solving. - At least 1 year of professional working experience (open to any industry, sector, or job role). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in development, consulting, sales, etc., within the IT industry. - Experience in development, consulting, sales, etc., within the automotive industry. - Experience in development or evaluation operations for home appliances, industrial robots, medical devices, etc. - Experience utilizing data analysis or simulation software in laboratory/research environments. - Graduates with a degree in physics or related disciplines.
