Job Description 【Job Description】 ・Interpretation support via telephone and video equipment (supporting communication between Japanese and foreigners, and between overseas staff) ・Translation of emails and Japanese support services ・Inbound support for inquiries from transportation companies, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. (depending on the situation, tasks such as conducting surveys may be required) Working Hours Shift work between 8:30 and 21:00 (8 hours of actual work) Approximately 165 hours per month ① 8:30-17:30 ② 9:00-18:00 ③ 10:00-19:00 ④ 12:00-21:00 Job Requirements 【Application Requirements】 ◆Required Skills - Ability to converse and communicate at a business level or higher in both Japanese and English - Basic PC skills (Excel, Word) - Ability to work a shift system (5 days a week), including weekends and holidays ◆Preferred Skills - Practical experience in interpretation or translation - Experience working in a call center or customer support English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) Japanese Level: Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2) Other Salary Description Full reimbursement of transportation expenses Complete social insurance coverage Hourly wage: 1500 yen - 1600 yen Monthly income example: 240,000 yen - 264,000 yen ∟Based on 8 hours of work per day and 20 working days per month ∟Overtime pay will be provided if overtime occurs *Depending on experience and skills Job Contract Period Temporary Staff *Fixed-term contract, renewable *Work visa support available (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services)
