Job Summary

You will be responsible for designing custom-made waterproof trays for hotels and luxury homes using AutoCAD (2D). The role involves creating manufacturing and component drawings tailored to individual project specifications while collaborating closely with sales and manufacturing teams. We are looking for candidates with a background in architecture, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering and experience using AutoCAD.

Required Skills

Job Details

[Job Description] You will be responsible for designing waterproof trays (made of FRP) used in custom-made bathrooms. Since the size and shape vary for each customer, you will use AutoCAD (2D) to create drawings tailored to each individual specification. Because the design department and factory are located on the same premises, you can see the process of your drawings actually becoming products. * Creation of manufacturing drawings and component drawings using AutoCAD (2D) * Creation of manufacturing drawings and component drawings tailored to the specifications of each project * Meetings with sales and manufacturing staff Working Hours 8:20 AM - 5:20 PM (60-minute break) [Required Conditions] * Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher * Major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering at a university in your home country or Japan * Experience creating drawings for housing equipment, furniture, architecture, and facilities using AutoCAD [Salary] Monthly salary: ¥240,000 - ¥310,000 Estimated annual salary: ¥4,025,000 - ¥5,105,000 [Details] Basic salary: ¥240,000 - ¥310,000 Qualification allowance: ¥3,000 - ¥5,000 Bonus: Yes (twice a year) Salary increase: Yes (once a year) [Benefits] ・Complete social insurance ・Transportation allowance ・Housing allowance (approximately 70% covered by the company) Holidays • Complete two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) • Over 120 days of annual leave • Paid leave, Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, bereavement leave
