Job Summary
This is a Video Production Assistant role based in Roppongi, Tokyo, working as a contract employee for a game and entertainment related business. The position involves supporting the video localization team through project management, simple video editing, translation, and content checking. Initial Job Responsibilities:
You will support the operations of the video localization team. Specifically, this includes:
■ Video Localization Project Management
- Project management
- Communication with localization outsourcing partners
- Script and video supervision, and liaison
- Confirmation, management, and delivery of source data (illustrations, videos, etc.)
- Creation of terminology lists for script translation into various languages, and creation of various documents necessary for the progress of localization work
- Support for billing and payment procedures, and general shipping operations
■ Video Editing
- Simple video editing tasks such as inserting logos and subtitles, replacing audio, and cutting unnecessary parts
- Converting video data (MOV format to MP4 format, etc.)
■ Translation, Interpretation, Content Checking, etc. (Indonesian, English)

Salary Explanation
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,500,000

• Monthly Salary: ¥433,000 - ¥458,000 (Monthly salary includes 25 hours of deemed overtime)
*For an annual salary of ¥4,000,000, the deemed overtime allowance is ¥54,500 per month. Overtime pay will be provided separately for hours worked beyond the fixed overtime hours.
