Job Summary
Based on your experience and preferences, you will be assigned to design, construct, and operate infrastructure environments in cloud, network, server, or security domains. You will have opportunities for career progression from foundational operations to upstream project leadership. Job Description:
Based on your experience and preferences, you will be assigned to one of the following areas or a cross-functional project.
【A. Cloud Engineer Domain】
- Design, construction, and operation of infrastructure environments such as AWS/Azure/GCP
- IaC implementation using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Migration from on-premises to cloud (lift & shift) and cloud-native implementation
【B. Network Engineer Domain】
- Network design, construction, and operation using Cisco/Juniper, etc.
- Introduction and design of SD-WAN and zero-trust networks (SASE)
- Proposal of hybrid configurations including cloud connectivity (Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)
【C. Server Engineer Domain】
- Design, construction, and migration (P2V/V2V) of Linux/Windows Servers
- Introduction of virtualization infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V) and HCI
- Operational automation using Ansible and scripts (Shell/Python)
【D. Security Engineer Domain】
- Introduction and operation of security products (EDR, WAF, IPS/IDS)
- SOC operations (log monitoring and analysis), vulnerability assessment, incident response
- Security policy formulation, certification acquisition support, consulting
Expected Career Path:
- Step 1 (Foundation): Operation and maintenance, configuration changes, troubleshooting, monitoring and analysis
- Step 2 (Construction): Detailed design, construction work, automation implementation, migration work
- Step 3 (Upstream/Lead): Requirements definition, grand design formulation, PL/PM work, organizational management

Working Hours:

Job Requirements:

- Common: PL/PM experience, or a desire to pursue it
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP certification, IaC experience
- Network: CCNA/CCNP, NW Specialist certification, large-scale network experience
- Server: LPIC/LinuC, Windows Server construction experience, knowledge of virtualization technology
- Security: Information Security Specialist, CISSP, SOC/CSIRT experience
- Japanese Level: Native Level
