Job Summary
This role involves providing pre-sales technical support for IP products to customers in China. The successful candidate will manage RFIs, technical documentation, and address client needs through close collaboration with internal R&D and support teams. The position requires extensive experience in semiconductor system architecture and fluency in both Korean and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for China customers pre-license

Required Skills
- 10+ years of semiconductor field experience
- Expertise in LPDDR and DDR DRAM specs
- Fluency in Korean and Chinese
- Knowledge of analog/digital design and package flow

Job Description:
- Pre-sales Technical Support
• Proactively and closely work with the China sales team to support pre-sales.
• Provide technical support for China customers prior to IP license agreements.
• Follow the pre-sales process to draft and manage RFIs (Request for Information), Q&A sheets, introduction of products to customers utilizing technical documents, and analysis of user requirement specifications.
- Respond and address clients’ needs based on technical requirements
• IP product introduction and on-site Q&A during meetings.
• Accurate and agile Q&A response.
• Comprehension of clients’ technical requirements, management of technical information, and internal communication.
• Collaboration with internal teams including support teams, R&D, marketing, etc.
• Draft and management of IP technical documents to be delivered to clients.
Job Requirements:
Skillsets:
- Proactive attitude to address clients’ technical inquiries during the pre-sales stage.
- Capable of presenting IP product introductions and being open to learning new IP products.
- Experience in system development/architecture and actual release/production.
- Good understanding of LPDDR5X/5/4X/4 and DDR DRAM specs.
- Good understanding of analog and digital design flow.
- Good understanding of package, bump design flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of related field experience (both technical and customer facing).
- Fluent communication in Chinese and Korean.
- Highly motivated, proactive and flexible in learning.
- Highly effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues.
- Willing to travel.
Language Requirements:
- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Chinese: Fluent.
- Korean: Fluent.
