This role focuses on replicating Monitas’s successful Japanese business model in the Southeast Asian market, specifically targeting Thailand. The candidate will work closely with senior management to drive business strategy, partnership acquisition, and the promotion of SaaS solutions like "Spacoro". Proficiency in Thai, English, and Japanese is required to bridge domestic and international stakeholders.

Job Details

Objective: ・Replicate and establish Monitas’s proven business model in Japan across the Southeast Asian market, with a primary focus on Thailand. ・Target Country: Thailand. Candidates from Thailand (or neighboring Southeast Asian countries) are highly preferred. Job Description: You will be deeply involved in business strategy planning and execution, working closely with senior management. You are expected to take ownership of the business as a future Sales/Business Development Manager. Based on performance, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team and drive tangible business results. Scope of Work: ・Building strategic alliances with research firms and business partners conducting marketing research. ・Acquiring and managing clients using LINE Research. ・Proposing and promoting “Spacoro,” a SaaS solution supporting in-house marketing research. ・Launching new marketing research services (Example: “Novacel”). Working Hours: ・Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Average overtime: 20 hours/month). Job Requirements: 【Required Experience】・Hands-on experience in strategic alliances or business development. ・Experience contributing to the launch of new businesses or partnerships. ・Proven track record of leading projects involving both domestic and international stakeholders. ・Professional proficiency in Thai (spoken and written). 【Preferred Experience】・Experience in joint business initiatives with overseas companies. ・Experience launching or expanding a business in overseas markets. ・People management experience. Language Requirements: ・English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) ・Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2) ・Thai: Fluent Compensation & Benefits: ・Estimated annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥7,200,000. ・Salary includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month (¥95,000). ・Any overtime exceeding 40 hours will be paid in full. ・Probationary period: 6 months. ・Full social insurance coverage. ・Salary review: Twice a year. ・Commuter allowance: Up to ¥50,000 per month. ・Childcare support/daycare available. ・Casual dress code.
