Job Summary
Triumph Co., Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage candidate selection, hiring manager meetings, and recruitment strategy for global companies. The role requires bilingual communication (English/Japanese) to facilitate effective sourcing and reporting with global headquarters. This position offers a flexible work environment with the opportunity to grow into HR consulting or leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate pipeline and selection processes
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and agencies
- Draft job descriptions and requirements
- Coordinate with global HR departments
- Support offer negotiations and candidate follow-up
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 750+) and Japanese (N1)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Goal-oriented and proactive problem-solving
- HR or recruitment background preferred

### Job Responsibilities
* Identifying and resolving issues in candidate pool formation and selection progress for assigned positions.
* Meetings with Hiring Managers in the recruitment department (English and Japanese).
* Gathering job requirements and creating job descriptions (English and Japanese).
* Meetings with recruitment agencies and direct sourcing companies (English and Japanese).
* Reporting and meetings with global headquarters and global HR (English).
* Interviews and consultations with candidates, and follow-up communication during offer negotiations (English and Japanese).
* Compiling and reporting recruitment progress data (English and Japanese).
### Career Path
As you advance as a recruiter, you will be expected to lead recruitment activities for more challenging and innovative positions. Specifically, you will be challenged to solve problems to achieve recruitment success, utilizing the know-how Triumph has gained from various projects, including strategic planning of recruitment projects, discussions with recruitment managers regarding talent requirements and selection processes, management of external vendors, and consideration of candidate motivation methods. Depending on your experience and aptitude, you may be assigned to multiple companies or to projects where you are stationed at a client's site.
### Working Hours
* Standard: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Flexible Working Hours (Core Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
* Break Time: 60 minutes

### Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of work experience.
* Communication skills (Ability to consider things from the other person's perspective, ability to report based on factual observations).
* Ability to take action towards achieving goals.
* English proficiency (TOEIC 750 or higher).
* Fluent Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
### Preferred Experience and Skills
* Experience in human resources/recruitment.
* Sales experience (especially at recruitment agencies/recruitment-related service providers).
* Customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
