Founding Full Stack Engineer

[Job Description] BizClo is an AI-native customer engagement platform for companies to optimize communication with their customers. It has been adopted by financial institutions and is already used as a daily platform by thousands to tens of thousands of employees. We are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead to launch and lead a new area of BizClo from scratch. You will take the lead from the architecture design and technology selection stages. While authentication will utilize BizClo's common platform, you will have significant autonomy in developing an independent product lane accessible from the global menu. Since the components will be built from scratch, this position offers the opportunity to challenge yourself in establishing a new development style that fully utilizes LLMs such as Claude. You will be an initial member shaping a new area of a rapidly growing business and product. This position will be assigned to one of the following projects: ① Sales Enablement AI Agent This area involves launching an AI agent from scratch to support sales activities before and after the sales process. ② Sales Conversation Intelligence This area involves launching products that leverage sales opportunity logs to support improved sales performance. It encompasses end-to-end processes, from recording sales opportunities and transcribing them using speech recognition, to analysis and task extraction using LLM, and data integration with BizClo. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 ① Sales Enablement AI Agent ・Lead the architecture design and technology selection for the Sales Enablement AI Agent domain from scratch. ・Lead the design and development of AI agent functions to support sales opportunity preparation and review. ・Build the LLM/agent platform (prompt design, RAG, context management, etc.). ・Design and implement the front-end experience accessed through the global menu. ・Design authentication and data integration with the BizClo common platform. ・Design and improve operational aspects, including infrastructure, performance, and reliability. ・Establish a development workflow that fully utilizes LLMs such as Claude. ・Lead and train 1-2 development members who will be assigned in the future. ・Close collaboration with the Product/Design/AI/Infrastructure teams. ② Sales Conversation Intelligence ・Sales Conversation Lead the architecture design and technology selection in the Intelligence domain from scratch. - Design and development of the sales opportunity log acquisition and processing pipeline - Construction of a speech recognition transcription pipeline - Design and development of sales opportunity analysis and task extraction functions using LLM - Design of data/APIs to link extraction results with BizClo - Design and implementation of the front-end experience transitioning from the global menu - Design and improvement of operational aspects including infrastructure, performance, and reliability - Establishment of a development workflow that fully utilizes LLM such as Claude - Lead and training of 1-2 development members who will be assigned in the future - Close collaboration with the Product/Design/AI/Infrastructure teams [Organizational Structure] - Expected to be assigned to the Product Engineering Department [What we expect from this position] - "WOW THE We are looking for individuals who embody the concept of "CUSTOMER" and want to plan and develop products that directly contribute to our clients' business results. * Individuals who can balance stable, high-quality development with speed, primarily in the financial domain. * Individuals who want to proactively lead the selection of architecture and technologies from scratch. * Individuals who want to challenge themselves with agent development and a revolution in development style utilizing LLM.
